Why we smile
“Your smile is something that should be worn often, so make it a priority to surround yourself with people, places and things that brighten your day. The world is simply a better place when you smile.” – Sarah Stevenson, Psychology Today
We promise to always smile and smile back!
A smile brings out the best in us. It is contagious and almost impossible to fake or not reciprocate. In fact, smiling back when someone smiles at you is a reflex action. When you smile at people, it triggers the region in their brains that processes sensory rewards, which in turn causes them to smile back. Put simply, we are hardwired to smile at each other. Smiling also releases feel-good neuropeptides that relax your body, relieves stress, lowers blood pressure and even helps reduce pain.
At Snö, we know that a smile can transform you and those around you. That is why you will always find happy, smiling teams at our clinics. It is an integral part of our philosophy – a holistic approach to dentistry. Laughter and smiles are central to our daily routines at Snö.
